We shall have a member of management or one of our directors present at each venue to systematically ensure proficient operation and seamless interaction between door and venue staff. Key Security Solutions will work closely with each client to maximise the venue's reputation and our professional staff presence will actively encourage people into your venue.

Our event and door staff maintain 2 way radio contact, are subject to management oversight and it is our policy to have a designated first aider on site.

Meetings with premise managers to review particular venue requirements shall be routinely scheduled in order to  tailor our service to new and developing needs .
