Key Holding & Alarm Response
The uncertainty of who hold a key for business premises and whether the key holder is available when needed can be removed by having Key Security Solutions assume, at a modest fee, this role. Any issues requiring attention - including out of hours alarms - will be dealt with 24/7.
We will, when necessery, liase with the emergency services, inspect the premises and where requested reset the alarm, contact and contract tradesmen on your behalf and stay on site until the property secured.
At this time the service is restricted to the Inverness area as we provide a guaranteed point of contact with dedicated key holding and prompt response. Even if the only call on our services is to 'open up' should the normal keyholder fail to arrive or in the event of key loss.

Although essentially a service designed for commercial premises, shops and offices it can be extended to private residences - particularly useful when you are on vacation or absent for long periods. As key holder we could provide scheduled, authorised and supervised access to tradesmen or accept the receipt of deliveries in your absence. House checks with 'added value' duties such as watering plants, clearing post from the doorway or feeding fish can be included.
